Cancellation and Refund Guidelines

Richha Nidhi Limited adheres strictly to the Nidhi Rules, 2014 and Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) regulatory directives. Financial deposits, membership fees, and share allotments are governed by statutory guidelines.

Premature withdrawal or cancellation of Fixed Deposits (FD), Recurring Deposits (RD), and Daily Recurring Deposits (DRD) is subject to applicable regulatory lock-in periods, penalty clauses, and interest rate adjustments as outlined in the respective deposit agreements executed at the time of account opening.

For any cancellation requests or fee verification, members are requested to submit a written application along with original deposit receipts and KYC verification documents at their registered home branch.
