Terms & Conditions (Current Account)

No Interest Payout: As per standard banking guidelines, no interest is paid on the credit balance maintained in a Current Account.
KYC Mandatory: The account can only be opened after successful verification of Business Proof (Udyam/GST), Aadhaar Card, and PAN Card.
Minimum Balance Penalty: A Monthly Average Balance (MAB) of ₹5,000 must be maintained. Failure to do so will attract non-maintenance charges as per the company's prevailing tariff schedule.
Transaction "No Cap" Rule: *The "No Cap" transaction limit applies to standard operational usage. Extremely large cash transactions may require PAN/Form 60 declarations as per AML laws.
Membership: The applicant must be a registered member/shareholder of Richha Nidhi Limited to open this account.
